P.E. and Sport Premium funding from the government is designed to help all Primary Schools improve the quality of the P.E. and sport activities they offer pupils and ensure that all pupils of primary age have as many opportunities as possible to be active within the school day. Additionally, funding is used to ensure staff expertise is improved and developed which in turn leads to higher quality P.E lessons for pupils. 

All schools with 17 or more primary-aged pupils (5-11yrs) will receive a lump sum of £16,000 plus a premium of £10 per pupil, per annum. The total cost and the spending breakdown can be found on the Sport Premium Plans below.
